Not only did he listen to what we wanted but also had so many great song suggestions for some of the items/times we were struggling with. He is very knowledgeable on all genres of music. Todd absolutely killed the reception at our wedding! Have to admit, when he insisted doing games at the reception we were skeptical, but when he said “trust me I’m an entertainer, let me do my job”, we let him take the reigns and we went along for the ride. Easily one of the best decisions of the night, it was extremely entertaining, and memorable. He had everyone laughing, cheering, and involved and was the talk of the breakfast the next day because everyone had so much fun. Our guests were aged 3-80+, and at the end of the night EVERYONE was on the dance floor dancing, singing songs, and enjoying the fantastic light show he put on. He matched the energy we put out, and it was an electrifying night. He was a “full service DJ” in the sense he showed up 3 hours before the ceremony, set up, and was literally running with glasses of water for my wife, in laws, and parents during the pictures to make sure everyone was taken care of. During the reception, he constantly made sure we had everything we needed, and made sure we had a full beer or glass of wine in front of us the entire dinner. Wish I had another event in NC so I could hire him again, he went above and beyond to make our night memorable and enjoyable for everyone. Thanks Todd!!!!read more

I got married last weekend and Spinfire was our DJ. It was truly a perfect day! My husband and I don't have a lot of experience with large parties and we listen to a lot of music that isn't too well-known or good for dancing. Todd was able to incorporate the music that was meaningful to us while also provide music that everyone could enjoy and dance to. He really set us at ease as far as the progression of events. We hired Spinfire Entertainment for our wedding this past Sunday in the Ashville area, and I couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. Todd did such an awesome job. He was very helpful before and during the wedding. Helped us get a song list together and gave us recommendations for everything. The day of was great! We had a very small wedding, roughly 30 people and he kept the party going all night! We were worried that it would be hard to keep people out on the dance floor due to so little people, but he did a great job keeping everyone pumped and ready to dance. He also did a couple of dances and games to break the ice, games were hilarious and a great touch! Todd was Awesome . My wife and I got married in September. We met Todd at my best friends wedding where he was their DJ. Todd was very professional. He was prompt and on time. Todd went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible at our wedding. Our ceremony music was perfectly timed, our reception music was spot on for each part (introduction, cake cutting, dancing, etc), and he did a fabulous job with my non traditional father/daughter dance. Not only did he extend the payment deadline for us since we contacted him weeks before the wedding and was very understanding, but he is hilarious and knows how to control a crowd extemely well. The music choices and lighting was also incredible and well chosen, and people were on the dance floor nearly at all times. Todd also picked out two surprise games for me and my husband that was extremely fun to play and truly made the reception a memorable one. Todd was great to work with! We met with him a couple weeks before the event to discuss our song choices. During the meeting, he contributed several great ideas to be sure the evening was a success. The day of the wedding, he provided music for both the ceremony, happy hour, and reception. He helped move the evening along in a timely manner and kept our guests entertained. He also worked with my sister/Maid of Honor in doing a surprise rendition of "Love Stinks" at the end of her toast (inspired by Adam Sandler's Wedding Singer), which was a highlight of our evening. Highly recommend Spinfire Entertainment!! Todd was the DJ at our wedding in October 2016 and he did a fantastic job!! He was recommended to me by my wedding coordinator and from the first moment I spoke with him I knew he was the right choice- he was very personable and I could tell he had a great sense of humor and fun personality. He met with my husband and I one evening (even invited us into his own home!) and planned everything with us- he incorporated what we wanted and had great suggestions for music in areas we hadn't thought about (cake cutting/garter and bouquet toss, etc). He exuceted everything perfectly the day of the wedding. He made the reception so much fun and then knew how to get the party started when it was time. He also kept everything right on track and communicated with our wedding coordinator and photographer all night to keep things running smoothly. Todd was referred to us by our venue. He did a great job of meeting with us via internet since we were having a destination wedding and could not meet in person. His communication is great and is always fast to respond to emails or phone calls. He made sure that all of the logistics were in place and exactly how we wanted it. A few hours prior to our event he gave me a call just to reassure us that he was setting up and ready to go and make sure that we didn't need any last minute changes. What an experience. Todd was referred to me by our venue and I now know why. It is so comforting to know that someone you are using for your wedding (one of the biggest moments of your life) genuinely cares about making it the most memorable!
